By bus;(1) Take a Keisei or Kanachu bus from Narita to Machida Bus Center (approx. 120min), take the JR Yokohama Line to Fuchinobe Sta. (approx. 7min) and take a taxi to ISAS/JAXA (approx. 5min).
(2) Take a Keisei or Kanachu bus from Narita to Sagamiono Sta. (approx. 120min), take a taxi to ISAS/JAXA (approx. 15min).
By Narita Express;
(3) Take the Narita Exoress from Narita to Yokohama Sta. (approx. 90min), take the JR Yokohama Line to Fuchinobe Sta. (approx. 40min) and take a taxi to ISAS/JAXA (approx. 5min).
Tell simply taxi driver "Uchu-ken" to ISAS/JAXA.
